Boss RC-3 Loop Station
Why we bought it
The compact looper that got a generation of players comfortable with layering. Three hours of stereo recording, 99 memory slots, built-in rhythms, and a USB port for moving loops on and off a computer. Guitar, bass, keys, anything with a jack. It is on the floor of half the practice rooms in the city for a reason. Tested on the bench; every function responds.
