Shipping options and rates

Enter your delivery address at checkout to see available shipping services and prices. Shipping availability depends on the item and destination. The rate shown includes your selected shipping options, with no additional handling fee.

Dispatch and delivery

Checkout shows the dispatch timeframe and available carrier delivery estimates. We will email your tracking details when your order ships. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Packing

Instruments are secured for transit, using the included case or gig bag where applicable. Amps and cabinets are packed on a base with the tubes secured. Items that cannot be shipped are identified as pickup only on the listing.

Coverage and signature

You can choose shipping coverage and signature on delivery where these options are available. Your shipping price updates to reflect your choices. Coverage limits and exclusions depend on the item, carrier, service and destination; review the details shown at checkout.

If an order arrives damaged, keep the packaging, photograph the item and packaging, and contact info@flipsidexchange.com with your order number so we can help with the carrier claim.

Local pickup

Pickup in St. Albert is free and by appointment. Select pickup and pay at checkout, then schedule a time from your order confirmation, receipt email or account. You do not need an account to book through your receipt.

When rates are unavailable

If we cannot obtain a shipping rate, shipping checkout is temporarily unavailable. You can try again, choose pickup where available, or contact us for help. We do not substitute an estimated flat rate.
