Shop activity counts
We count public item views, search activity and confirmed want-list requests to help plan stock. These statistics contain daily totals and catalogue details, without names, account identifiers, IP addresses, referrers or search phrases. They do not identify individual visitors. We use no external analytics service.
You can turn off browser activity counting here. We also respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. This choice is saved only in this browser; it does not change email preferences or the records needed to handle a request you send us.
