Final sale

All purchases are final. We do not accept change-of-mind returns. Please review the photos, condition details and bench notes before placing your order. If you have questions about an item, contact us before purchasing.

Our bench work

We stand behind the work described in the signed bench notes. If that work needs correcting, we will put it right at no charge. This covers the work we documented, including on consigned items. It does not cover normal wear, accidents or changes made after purchase.

Problems with your order

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it differs from the listing, email info@flipsidexchange.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Include photos where possible. For shipping damage, keep the packaging so we can review the issue and help with the carrier claim.
