We only buy what we'd keep.
We buy one piece at a time, from estate sales, trade-ins and people clearing out a room. Each one has to earn its spot on the wall before it earns a listing.

Estate sales, trade-ins, the occasional lucky message. If the price doesn't leave room to do the work properly, we pass.

Cleaned, checked, set up, played hard for a week. Anything we fix is written down; anything we can't fix is written down too.
