Yamaha EG112, black
Why we bought it
Yamaha's take on the Strat, and a better one than the price suggests: a maple neck with a rosewood board, a humbucker at the bridge for the heavy stuff and two single coils for everything else. We set it up here, truss rod, action, intonation, fretboard cleaned, and the five-way switch and both knobs respond as they should. A first electric that will not hold anyone back.
Standard checks, done on every piece: Identity and included parts checked against this exact item; Condition and functional checks completed; any limitations disclosed; Shop photos and disclosed flaws checked against the item.
Every piece gets this treatment before it goes up. If something needed work we couldn't do properly, we don't list it.
Used gear has a history. Here's everything we'd point out if you were standing at the counter with it.
