Washburn Maverick BT-2, red burst
Why we bought it
All original, and it stays in tune, which is the first thing we check on a guitar this age. The Maverick BT-2 is a light double-cut with two humbuckers that lean warm, Grover tuners that still turn smooth, and a neck most hands settle into fast. The frets needed nothing from us. It is easy to hold for a long set, and the red burst has aged into something better than new.
